Its uniquely designed blade edge with rounded serrations makes for easy slicing without tearing. The 2cm non serrated blade tip is perfect for puncturing extra hard crusts or making small slicing cuts. Scalloped indentations in the blade reduce cutting friction for faster slicing. The combination of rounded serrations and scalloped indentations also make this a great meat carving knife for super easy slicing.
